Terms of Service

1. The Service

Zetta HRM is a multi-tenant HRM platform for employee management, attendance, leave, shifts, payroll, provident fund, billing, and related HR operations, available at hrm.zettabyteincorp.com.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is for business use by users aged 18 or older acting on behalf of an organization.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Ensure you have the right and any consents needed to upload employee and HR data.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable employment, payroll, tax, and data-protection laws.
• Configure roles, policies, and approvals appropriately for your organization.
• Keep your company and employee data accurate and up to date.

4. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• New companies start with a 30-day free trial; no credit card is required to begin.
• Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Advanced) are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan from Billing.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
• Plan limits, such as seats, apply as described on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful use of the Service.
• No attempts to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service.
• No reverse engineering except to the extent permitted by law.
• No uploading of malware or malicious content.

6. Customer data & ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, and brand are owned by Zettabyte Technology Inc. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Service availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and provide support through our support channels. We may perform maintenance and update or improve features over time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Zetta HRM is a tool to assist HR and payroll operations; you remain responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of your HR, payroll, and tax decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zettabyte Technology Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Zettabyte Technology Inc. against claims arising from your data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the Service means acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein — where Zettabyte Technology is incorporated — without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Where the Service is provided to or used by customers in Bangladesh, applicable Bangladeshi laws and local licensing requirements also apply.
