Pricing built for how Bangladeshi companies actually pay

Invoiced properly and paid by bank transfer, with a local price on request — the list below is our international rate. Income tax, provident fund and gratuity are computed from the published rules themselves, not left for you to configure and hope.

Buying from Bangladesh, or somewhere the dollar does not stretch?

The prices above are our international list, in US dollars. We quote locally for markets where that is the wrong number — tell us where you are and what your headcount looks like, and we will send you a price and an invoice your accounts department can actually book.

Ask for a local price

Why you are seeing this price list

Price follows the statutory pack your workspace runs on — not your IP address and not your billing address. The pack is set when your company is created, from the country the entity is registered in, and changing it later is a support request rather than a setting, because it changes which tax engine computes your payroll.

If you operate in both countries, you run both packs — see the question about multiple entities below.

We never hold your payroll money

Zetta HRM computes the payroll and produces the files. Your bank pays your people and you remit to the authority. Not one taka or dollar of your payroll passes through us — we are a software vendor, not a money services business. If you need a provider that holds funds and remits on your behalf, we are honestly not that provider.

These prices are a starting point

We are early, and we would rather agree a price with you than pretend this rate card has been tested on a hundred companies. If the shape of your business does not fit a row above — seasonal headcount, several entities, an unusual pay cycle — tell us and we will quote it.

Questions people actually ask

How do we pay?

Bank transfer, against a proper invoice your accounts department can book. We issue the invoice, you transfer, and we extend your access as soon as it clears. We do not yet accept bKash or Nagad — when we do, it will be because enough customers asked, not because it looked good on a pricing page.

Do you take a cut of our payroll?

No. We charge a flat monthly subscription for the software. Your payroll disbursement stays entirely between you and your bank.

What happens when we cross an employee limit?

You move up a plan from the next billing cycle. Same workspace, same data, no migration and no re-onboarding.

Is the Bangladesh tax calculation actually current?

You can check our work rather than take our word for it. We publish the primary sources behind every rule — dated, with the genuinely unsettled parts marked as unsettled — on the statutory basis page. Give it to your accountant before you talk to us.

Can we run entities in Bangladesh and Canada from one account?

Yes — one workspace, with the correct statutory pack applied to each entity and strict isolation between them. Billing follows each entity separately: two entities means two subscriptions, in two currencies, and two invoices. There is no combined group invoice today, and we would rather say so here than have you discover it at your first renewal.

Do you support garment factory shift patterns?

Yes. Shift scheduling, weekend rules, automated overtime against your holiday calendar and biometric punch sync are all supported.
