These figures are indicative. Canadian billing is invoiced against an agreed price rather than charged from a card, so treat the rates below as the shape of a quote — we will confirm the number with you before anything is issued.

A 50-person company on Payroll

CAD 39 + (50 × CAD 6) = CAD 339 per month, HR and payroll included, no per-run charge and no implementation fee.

Buying from Bangladesh, or somewhere the dollar does not stretch?

The prices above are our international list, in US dollars. We quote locally for markets where that is the wrong number — tell us where you are and what your headcount looks like, and we will send you a price and an invoice your accounts department can actually book.

Why you are seeing this price list

Price follows the statutory pack your workspace runs on — not your IP address and not your billing address. The pack is set when your company is created, from the country the entity is registered in, and changing it later is a support request rather than a setting, because it changes which tax engine computes your payroll.

If you operate in both countries, you run both packs — see the question about multiple entities below.

What we do not do yet

We would rather you find these here than three weeks into an implementation.

  • Provinces. Federal, Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta are verified today. Other provinces run on configurable components, which means you own compliance there. Quebec and RL-1 are not supported.
  • We do not move money. We compute the payroll and produce the files; your bank pays your people and you remit to the CRA.
  • Billing is invoiced, not self-serve. You will agree a price with us and we will invoice you. There is no card-on-file checkout for the Canadian edition yet.
  • Need a province verified? Tell us — verified jurisdictions are built on demand.

We never hold your payroll money

Zetta HRM computes the payroll and produces the files. Your bank pays your people and you remit to the authority. Not one taka or dollar of your payroll passes through us — we are a software vendor, not a money services business. If you need a provider that holds funds and remits on your behalf, we are honestly not that provider.

Questions people actually ask

How does per-employee billing count?

Active employees on payroll in the billing month. Terminated employees stop counting the month after their final pay.

Are there setup or implementation fees?

No. Bring your data through the one-workbook import, or start clean and add it as you go.

Do you charge per pay run?

No. Run weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly at the same price.

What does “proven to the cent” mean?

Every Canadian rule is built from the CRA’s own published formulas and checked against them by automated tests on every change. The sources are dated and public on the statutory basis page, including the parts that are genuinely unsettled. You can hand that page to your accountant before you ever talk to us.

Can we run entities in Canada and Bangladesh from one account?

Yes — one workspace, with the correct statutory pack applied to each entity and strict isolation between them. Billing follows each entity separately: two entities means two subscriptions, in two currencies, and two invoices. There is no combined group invoice today, and we would rather say so here than have you discover it at your first renewal.
